Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in bowl.
    Stir in nuts.
    Mix vanilla, eggs, oil, bananas and pineapple in bowl. Add to flour mixture; mix just until moistened.
    Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
    Pan may be prepared with nonstick baking spray.
    May substitute 2 loaf pans for Bundt pan.
    Yield:
    16 servings.
