Zucchini Pie(Tastes Like Apple) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped or sliced zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar (part white, part brown)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel and remove seeds and chop or slice zucchini like apples. Put in kettle with 1/4 cup water.
    Simmer until tender.
    Drain; cool.
    Combine with dry ingredients.
    Fill 9-inch
    unbaked pie shell; top with crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Large, oversized zucchini work best.
    Absolutely delicious.
