Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. zucchini, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. onions, diced
1 1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded *
2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Layer vegetables in order listed in a glass baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Mix Bisquick with enough water to make it pourable. Pour over vegetable/cheese layers making sure to cover all areas. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
