Texas Crab Grass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped, cooked, drained spinach
    about 6 oz. crabmeat
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter or oleo. Add spinach, crabmeat and Parmesan cheese. Serve in chafing dish with Melba rounds.
