Oatmeal Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. hot lo-fat milk
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine oats and milk and allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir in pumpkin, eggs and margarine.
    In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to oatmeal mixture.
    Stir in raisins and nuts, mixing well.
    Place in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Makes one loaf.
