Shrimp Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. gelatin (in 1/2 c. cold water)
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
3 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can drained shrimp, cut up
1 small cucumber
1 small carton sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat the undiluted soup and add and melt the cream cheese. When the cream cheese is blended, add the gelatin and stir well. Cool.
Add the onion, pepper, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp.
Pour into a mold if desired or into a square or oblong dish. Refrigerate.
