Banana Pineapple Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can or 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (in its own juice), undrained
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    1 c. frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2/3 c. crushed ice
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender container.
    Blend at low speed 15 to 20 seconds to mix.
    Blend at high speed 30 to 60 seconds, turning on and off frequently, until well blended. Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
