Orange Glazed Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spices, salt and baking powder.
In second bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well blended.
Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are well moistened. Pour batter into two 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2-inch greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done with wooden pick.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove to cooling racks. Completely cool bread, then drizzle with glaze.
Makes 2 loaves.
