Kona Inn Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 to 7 ripe bananas
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients and blend into a creamy mixture; don't overmix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes two 1 1/2 pound loaves.
