Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed squash, salted (1/2 tsp.)
1 c. sugar
1 stick melted oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour boiling water over squash. Let stand for few minutes. Peel and slice. Cook until soft and mash. Mix all ingredients. Cook in casserole dish in oven 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
