"Creek" Indian Fry Bread(Tuklegg Sahkmoohlthie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add milk or water and stir all together to make a stiff dough.
    Turn out onto a well floured board and pat down to about 1/2-inch thickness with hands. Cut these into strips or squares with a slit in the middle.
    Fry in deep hot oil until brown on both sides, like a doughnut.
    This bread can be served with the main dish or used as snacking.
    This type of bread is famous for all types of Indians.
