Raisin Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine raisins and water; bring to boil.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Mix egg, brown sugar, salad oil and orange peel. Stir in raisin mixture.
    Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and soda; add, beating well.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
