Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded Mozzarella, Muenster or mild Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine in large skillet and add vegetables; saute until tender.
Stir in herbs and spices.
In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese and add vegetable mixture.
