Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. fine noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. beef bouillon broth
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    In separate saucepan boil 1 cup water and add bouillon cube.
    Break up noodles and slightly brown in the butter.
    Stir constantly.
    Add rice and saute a few minutes, stirring.
    Add beef broth.
    Cover and cook on low fire 20 minutes.
    When water is absorbed and rice is soft, remove from fire and let stand 15 minutes with napkin undercover.
    Stir and serve.
    Serves 2.
