Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites.
Gradually fold in sugar.
Add cream of tartar; beat, then fold in chocolate chips. On 2 cookie sheets, lay wax paper.
Drop mixture onto wax paper by spoonfuls.
Put pans into oven.
Count to 10. Turn oven off. Leave cookies in oven 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
