Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. shredded zucchini, drained well
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Divide recipe mixture into 3 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out dry and clean.
