Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Rapid yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. shortening (Crisco, not oil)
    2 eggs
    6 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; set aside.
    Pour hot water over sugar, salt and shortening in large mixer bowl; let cool. Beat eggs; add 3 cups flour and mix all together with mixer.
    Add 3 more cups flour; mix by hand.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered with towel.
    Punch down and knead; make into rolls.
    (Divide dough into halves and roll out and cut.)
    Let rise 3 to 4 hours, then bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
