Spritzgeback(Butter Nut Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. sugar
    vanilla
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. rum
    3/4 lb. flour
    1/4 lb. ground almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter cookie sheet.
    Whip butter and sugar together until well blended.
    Add vanilla, egg yolks and rum.
    Add flour and ground almonds, blending gently with spatula. Fill pastry bag with dough and form small circular shapes, approximately 2-inches apart on the cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Check after 10 minutes.
    Makes 40 cookies.
