Super Easy Braided Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. water (105~ to 115~)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, oil and salt.
    Add three cups flour; mix well.
    Add enough flour to make a nice soft dough. Knead 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Punch down.
    Divide in 3 parts.
    Roll out in strands, 10 x 14-inches long.
    Braid and place on sheet either straight or crescent shaped.
    Let rise to double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
