Tropical Fruit 'N Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple in juice
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well, pressing out juice (1 1/2 cups) in saucepan.
    Sprinkle gelatin over reserved juice.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in honey, pineapple and other ingredients.
    Turn into 8 or 9-inch baking pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into bars.
