Katie'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. strawberry jam (whole berries)
Preparation

Blend together well first 5 ingredients; then add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
Mix sour cream and baking soda together and add to mixture.
Gently blend and fold in the flour and chopped walnuts.
Fold in jam.
Divide and place in two greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or 3 small pans for 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
