Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped hot and sweet green peppers, mixed
Preparation

Sift cornmeal and sugar in bowl.
Beat in eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
