Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 lb. white raisins
    1/2 lb. mixed fruit
    1/4 lb. candied cherries
    2 slices each: red and yellow pineapple (candied)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Drop small spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
