Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    In a saucepan combine butter, sugar and water; bring just to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
    Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
    Transfer to a large bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Gradually blend in flour mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
