Orange Raisin Quick Bread(Ultra Low-Fat, Moist And Delicious) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
1/3 c. Healthy Choice liquid egg product
1 1/4 c. applesauce
juice and zest of 1 orange
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. bran cereal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, soda, baking powder, sugar and Molly McButter.
Combine egg product, applesauce, orange juice and zest and mix with electric mixer.
Syir in raisins and cereal.
Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Pour into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Recipe makes 10 servings.
