English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast (not RapidRise)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda.
    Heat liquids until very warm, 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0, but not boiling.
    Add dry mixture; beat very well.
    Add remaining flour one cup at a time. Mixture will be \"sticky.\"
    Spoon into two loaf pans that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Sprinkle tops with cornmeal. Cover and let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately and cool.
    Slice and toast.
