Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs stiff; add sugar, baking powder, vanilla, cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Put in greased pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    After pie cools, spread with whipped cream and chill 1 1/2 hours or longer.
