Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs and buttermilk to equal 2 1/2 c. (at room temperature)
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients; add soft butter and mix until blended.
    Add raisins.
    Pour in buttermilk mixture and mix until blended.
    Bake in 8-inch Pyrex dish at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
