Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves Holsum Brown 'N Serve French stix (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    garlic butter
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cut off ends of bread.
    Hollow out.
    Set aside crumbs.
    In skillet, cook beef, sausage and onion for 15 minutes.
    Stir in grated cheese.
    Mix together egg, mustard, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
    Add enough water to moisten thoroughly.
    Combine crumb mixture and meat mixture thoroughly.
    Stuff loaves with mixture. Replace ends.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Brush tops with garlic butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
