Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. lard
Preparation
    Sift together the flour and salt.
    Mix in the lard, using your hands.
    Keep in an airtight container.
    Add water when ready to use.
    Recipe makes 4 crusts and can be doubled.
