Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Put in 2 loaf bread pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
