Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. mace
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can juice pack pineapple
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, mace, salt and walnuts in large bowl and mix well.
Beat eggs in mixer bowl. Add undrained pineapple, milk and margarine; mix well.
Add pineapple mixture to dry ingredients; mix until moistened.
Spoon into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
