Ingredients

12 oz. frozen coconut
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate coconut mixture.
Mix cake according to directions.
Bake and cool thoroughly.
Split cake layers and stack, cut side up.
Spread coconut mixture between layers.
Frost sides with Cool Whip.
Cover and refrigerate.
Do not cut for three days.
