Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. zucchini, peeled and deseeded
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix zucchini, sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon.
    Cook for 20 minutes or until tender, then add to mixture.
    Mix flour and water for thickening; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
