Chicken Divan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
    1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey breast
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 lemons
    parsley
Preparation
    Dip meat in flour.
    Brown quickly and remove to warm platter. Stir bouillon, water and wine into skillet. Add juice of 1 lemon and grated lemon peel. Return turkey to pan and simmer 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
    Garnish platter with lemon slices and parsley.
