Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix together like a regular cake.
Add zucchini last.
Stir in zucchini (do not beat).
Pour into 2 pans and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
