Citrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks or 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. fresh orange pieces
    1 c. fresh tangerine pieces or 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the fruit, sour cream, marshmallows and coconut. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    If desired, serve on lettuce lined plates.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
