Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    7 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well and knead to make a roll.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice and bake on greased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
