Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sweet butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Blend together all the ingredients; form in 2 x 10-inch rolls. Beat egg white; dip rolls in or brush on.
Then roll the rolls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Refrigerate for better handling. Cut 1/4-inch slices and bake on a greased cookie sheet until brown.
