Wine Ciamelle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. white wine
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Place all the liquids together and all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Mix the two mixtures together and work into a soft dough.
    Roll out into a long rope and cut sections to form a ring.
    Dip each circle in milk and then sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 - 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Watch for light color.
