Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk (add a couple drops of white vinegar)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together; set aside.
With mixer, mix eggs, margarine, milk, vanilla and bananas.
Slowly add dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
Fill pans 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Check with toothpick.
