Zucchini Bread(Don'T Tell The Kids It'S A Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated raw zucchini with skin
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    (I use a Bundt pan for a different look.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool before removing from pan.
