Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced apples
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pastry for 2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix apples, sugar, flour, milk and spices together until well blended.
    Place mixture in bottom crust.
    Cut butter in little pieces and place over top.
    Place strips or pie crust over top. Fasten securely at edges.
    You may sprinkle tiny bit of sugar over top and little dots of butter, then sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes. When done and still hot, cut a piece and put one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, then ready to eat.
    Enjoy it; worry about your
    weight later.
