Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat together the orange juice, butter, egg and sugar.
    Add the walnuts and cranberries.
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add this to the batter.
    Spoon into a buttered loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
