Potato, Corn Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1 can creamed corn
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes up like fries.
    Add salt and pepper and cut up onion.
    Cook potatoes and onion in Crisco until done.
    Add cream-style corn.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese, then cover.
    When cheese melts, it's ready to serve.
