Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. oil
    3 c. peeled and grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Stir dry ingredients and add to first mixture, then add nuts and other ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in pans 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
