Prize Winning Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Mix in flour, spices, baking powder and soda.
    Stir in pineapple and zucchini until well mixed.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
