Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, sugar, salt, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon; add the raisins.
    In another bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, pumpkin and 1/3 cup of water.
    Mix the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture until combined.
    Pour into buttered and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let bread cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out.
