Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 to 5 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
    crescent roll dough
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    mustard
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (use more)
    garlic powder
    oregano
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook sliced zucchini, chopped onion, parsley and spices together (use big frying pan); really cooks down.
    Drain.
    Mix eggs and cheese together.
    Spread crescent roll dough in pie plate. Spread yellow mustard over dough.
    Mix zucchini mixture, egg and cheese mixture; put in pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
