Chicken Ala King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in water.
    In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour. Add
    broth and stir.
    Cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and cook until done. Serve over noodles or rice.
